Our customer service (Phone, Chat, Email) and shipping will be closed early on Fridays to allow our team a much needed break during the summer months. Regular hours will return in the Fall. Messages received during our off hours will be responded to promptly on the next business day.
Your tracking number will be emailed to you at the time your order ships! You can view the status of your order inside your customer account, or in your order confirmation email by viewing the order in your browser. For in-stock orders, please allow 1-3 business days to receive shipment confirmation.
Back Orders You will be notified by email within 3 business days if any item in your order is back ordered.
For back ordered items, please allow 7-14 business days to receive shipment confirmation. In some cases a longer lead time is required and you will be notified as soon as possible.
All items on your order will ship at the same time. Please let us know if your order contains a back ordered item and you would like the in stock items shipped first. We will be able to bill any additional shipping fees and get your partial order shipped promptly.
Shipping We ship worldwide!
All items ship from our location in CANADA unless other specified. Some drop shipped items ship from a US location, this will be noted on the specific product pages.
Orders inside of Canada can be shipped with Canada Post or a variety of Courier services. You can select your shipping speed in the checkout, note your order may ship with a different courier but the speed will be the same.
For orders outside of Canada, DHL Express shipping is available at checkout and allows fast delivery to 220 countries. Shipping prices do not include customs, duty or taxes. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives to you safely, however, Fabless Manufacturing Inc is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you have any questions about where your order is after it has shipped, please contact us and we will do whatever we can to assist.
Pick up is also available in the checkout to local customers. If a product is available for pick up, you'll see a green check mark on the product page, indicating so. Please ensure you are within pick up distance before selecting this option. Once a pick up order is placed and ready to go, you will receive the pick up instructions by email.
