Order Processing
In-stock orders
For in-stock orders, please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and for shipment confirmation to be sent.
Backordered items
If an item in your order is backordered, we’ll notify you by email within 3 business days.
Backordered items generally require 7–14 business days before shipment confirmation is available. Some items may require additional processing time. If a longer lead time is required, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.
Orders containing both in-stock and backordered items will ship together by default. If you’d prefer to receive the in-stock items first, please contact us as soon as possible. Additional shipping charges may apply for a partial shipment.
Shipping
We ship worldwide.
Orders ship from our location in Daytona Beach, Florida, unless otherwise specified.
United States orders
Orders within the United States may ship by USPS or UPS. You can select your preferred shipping speed at checkout. Your order may ship with a different carrier, but we’ll use the shipping speed selected at checkout.
International orders
DHL Express may be available at checkout for international orders. Shipping charges do not include customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed during or after delivery. These costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Route Protection
We take care to package orders securely, but once an order leaves our facility, Fabless Manufacturing is not responsible for damage, loss, or theft during shipping.
Route Protection is available at checkout and is the only protection available through our website for shipping-related damage, loss, or theft. If Route Protection is included with your order, you must submit any claim through Route and follow Route’s claim requirements and reporting timeline.
